    Safely operate power equipment: Tractor, Hedge trimmers, zero turn mowers, aerator, string trimmers, edger, blower, pressure washer, etc.
    Shrub and small tree pruning and trimming
    Pull and spray weeds

    You will be the Production FACO APG, F-16 Technician for the Greenville Production Team. Our team is responsible for Final assembly check out maintenance and delivery of F-16 aircraft to our customers.

    What You Will Be Doing:
    As the Production FACO APG, F-16 Technician you will be responsible for Inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling and modifying aircraft systems and powerplants in accordance with established written procedures, specifications, and standards.

    The Production FACO APG, F-16 Technician will also need to be knowledgeable in aircraft systems operation and maintenance to include:
    • Landing gear
    • Powerplants
    • Flight controls
    • Fueling/Defueling
    • Aircraft movement/Launch & Recovery

    Clearance not Required but is preferred

    Must be able to work 1st or 2nd or Weekend shift as assigned after training
    1st Shift – Mon. thru Thurs.; 6:00am-4:30p
    2nd Shift – Mon. thru Thurs.; 4:30p-3:00am
    Weekend Shift Thus-Sun 6:00am-4:30p

    Must successfully pass background check, drug test, and hearing test

  • Land Surveyor

    Join a growing, well-established surveying team delivering high-quality projects across Greenville and the surrounding region. This is a hands-on field and office role where your technical accuracy and attention to detail will directly support civil engineering, land development, and construction projects. You’ll work with modern instruments and software, contributing to projects that shape local infrastructure and communities.

    About the Role:

    As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for performing boundary and topographic surveys, construction staking, and related surveying tasks to support design and construction activities. You will collect, process, and draft survey data, ensuring that all work is accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule. Your work will be integral to providing reliable survey information to engineers, project managers, and clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform boundary surveys, including deed research, field measurements, and boundary monumentation.
    • Conduct topographic surveys to capture existing site conditions for engineering and design purposes.
    • Execute construction staking and layout for roads, utilities, buildings, and site improvements in accordance with plans.
    • Operate total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and other survey instruments to collect precise field data.
    • Process field data, adjust survey measurements, and maintain organized survey records.
    • Prepare clear and accurate survey drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D based on collected data.
    • Interpret and apply geodetic and coordinate systems, including transformations and control networks.
    • Read and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and survey instructions to plan and complete field work.

    Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or Survey Technician performing boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
    • Strong proficiency with total stations and GPS/GNSS survey equipment in field applications.
    • Demonstrated ability to perform construction staking and layout with high accuracy.
    • Solid understanding of geodetic principles, coordinate systems, and control networks.
    • Experience in survey data collection, processing, and quality control.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for producing survey drawings and surfaces.

  • Civil Engineer

    We are working with a well-established, locally-owned Civil Engineering firm located in Mount Pleasant that is looking to add several Civil Engineers to their team.

    About the Role:

    In this position you will take ownership of civil site design and coordination for commercial and industrial developments, from concept through completion. You will be responsible for integrating grading, utilities, stormwater, and site layout into cohesive, constructible plans, while managing schedules, permitting, and stakeholder coordination. Your work will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliant with regulations, and aligned with client expectations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop detailed civil site plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D for commercial and industrial projects, including grading, utilities, and site layout.
    • Perform stormwater modeling and hydrologic/hydraulic analyses to support stormwater management design and compliance.
    • Prepare and coordinate permitting packages with local and state agencies, responding to comments and tracking approvals.
    • Manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, coordinating tasks across internal teams and external consultants.

    Aircraft Mechanic – F16

    Contract Position with Expectation of Extension or Permanent Conversion (based on attendance, performance, need)
    Pay Commensurate with Experience

    The APG Aircraft Mechanic joins the Greenville, South Carolina Site Operations aircraft‑maintenance team to support F‑16 sustainment, repair, and overhaul. Duties include general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electro‑mechanical and pneumatic systems; performing operational checkouts; and conducting periodic inspections of electrical, hydraulic, propulsion, landing‑gear, flight‑control, airframe, furnishings, and crew‑escape equipment. The role also requires removing panels and hardware to access and repair components as needed.

    The Sustainment APG, F-16 Aircraft Mechanic located in Greenville, South Carolina will also need to be knowledgeable in aircraft systems operation and maintenance to include:

    • Landing gear

    Required:

    • F-16 Experience is Required
