    The third shift supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting manufacturing operations during 3rd shift. This role ensures production goals are met in alignment with safety, quality, cost, and compliance standards while fostering continuous improvement through Lean principles. The supervisor will manage team performance, coordinate scheduling to meet customer requirements, and serve as the primary point of contact for production-related issues. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential to drive operational excellence and maintain adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

    • Apply Lean principles in daily operations and problem-solving activities.
    • Support production teams in achieving goals related to safety, quality, cost, output, and compliance.
    • Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
    • Communicate key business and customer updates effectively to employees.
    • Oversee off shift manufacturing processes and schedule production to meet customer requirements.
    • Collaborate with teams to understand business and financial metrics, enhancing individual and team capabilities
    • Ensure assigned  employees  are  aware/comply  with  all government,  customer  and  applicable  policies,  procedures,  rules  and   
    • Ensure fair and consistent application of company and departmental policies and practices
    • Coordinate with internal departments, external organizations, and vendors to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
    • Provide ongoing  management, coaching  and  counseling  for our  Self-directed work teams,  guiding  them  in  current  positions  and  assisting  with  career  development  and
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for production-related issues, ensuring swift resolution.
    • Conduct employee performance evaluations, providing clear feedback and actionable development plans.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • H.S. Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing role
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership or support position.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.

    Sheet Metal Mechanics Needed ASAP in Greenville, South Carolina! 

    Recent sheet metal experience is required

    You will be the Production Structures/Assembler, F16 Technician for the Lockheed Martin Greenville Production Team. Our team is responsible for Production build, repair and delivery of F-16 aircraft to our customers.

    What You Will Be Doing

    As the Production Structures/Assembler, F16 Technician you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs and repairs various sheet metal and structural assemblies and sub-assemblies for F16 aircraft utilizing precision measuring equipment.

    The Production Structures/Assembler, F16 Technician Technician will also need to be knowledgeable in aircraft structural assembly operation and maintenance to include:
    • Precision Drilling/Reaming
    • Riveting/installation of various fasteners

    Must be able to work any shift.
    Must be able to start 9/14/2026
    Must be able to work 1st or 2nd or weekend, Will Train on First shift then sent to final shift.
    1st- Mon-Thurs- 6:00am-4:30pm
    2nd- Mon-Thurs- 4:30pm-3:00am
    Possible weekend shift Thurs-Sun 6:00am-4:30pm

    Need to have 6 yrs precision drilling experience. Must be flexible to work any shift at the conclusion of training

This role coordinates closely with Purchasing, Production, Operations, and customers to maintain material availability, manage capacity, and resolve delivery issues.

    • Manage production schedules, material requirements, and procurement.
    • Ensure raw materials are available to support production.
    • Monitor inventory, WIP, and capacity levels.
    • Coordinate material flow and resolve production or delivery issues.
    • Track customer commitments and identify potential delays.
    • Drive process improvements and maintain accurate supply chain data.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 3+ years of materials planning/execution experience in manufacturing.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Experience with production planning and supply chain systems preferred.

  • Methods Process Analyst II – 74048

    Early Career Manufacturing Analysts are Needed Through End of Year With Potential Extension! 100% Onsite in Everett, WA

    The role includes utilizing manufacturing knowledge and business acumen to partner with cross functional teams from production operations, engineering, quality, supplier management, materials management, and program management to achieve organizational business goals and objectives. The role will also include stabilizing the production environment, implementing lean methodologies, assessing and performing to rate readiness, and improving quality through root cause analysis. The candidate will be a liaison between 1st and 2nd shift operations teams – capturing and completing Industrial Engineering actions and requests and tying in with 1st shift counterparts.

    Position Overview: Our Methods Process Analyst contractor will join the team as a key integrator for the Industrial Engineering function in supporting the operations teams on 2nd shift. Daily and Weekly tasks will focus on production stability, and can include:

    • Analyzing performance to daily schedules or orders
    • Learning the production processes to ensure correct sequencing and resource alignment
    • Reducing or eliminate safety and ergonomic issues
    • Identifying quality defects trends through root cause analysis and providing recommendations to reduce or eliminate defects
    • Providing recommendations on process improvements that reduce non value-added work which would improve cost and flow.
    • Managing disruption recovery plans using resource capacity and constraint analysis and integrating with leaders of downstream work statement to communicate impacts to schedules and major milestones
    • Our teams are very busy focused on stabilizing the current production system while looking ahead at future rate changes and introduction of new models/customers into our build plans.
    • Candidates will be engaging with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and must be a self-starter and a collaborative team player.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business related curriculum such as: Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Economics

    • Analyzes and supports the design of the value stream, including capability, capacity (e.g., make/buy, supplier selection, risk analysis, supplier performance), throughput, work flow and logistics (e.g., critical path, lead-time, transportation, factory layout).
    • Our Industrial Engineering contractors will focus on documenting time standards and processes to focus on production stability.
    • This includes observing build processes and recommending process improvements through lean methodologies.
    • Candidates will be engaging with all manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations and should be a self-starter as well as a collaborative team player.

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering

    • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to support production while avoiding stockouts and excess
    • Coordinate closely with procurement, operations, and logistics to align material arrivals, production runs, and shipment plans
    • Update and manage planning data within the ERP system, ensuring accurate routings, lead times, and master data
    • Track schedule adherence, identify bottlenecks or variances, and recommend corrective actions to improve performance
    • Communicate plan changes and priorities clearly to production supervisors and cross-functional stakeholders

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
    • Formal training in ERP/MRP systems or production planning tools (preferably SAP)
