Account Manager

Seeking an Account Manager for a client in Mount Pleasant. The company is a specialty recruiting firm that works with Fortune 500 companies focusing on roles in finance and tax. The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining client relationships as part of a project recruiting team (of 4-5 people). This role is vital in creating strong synergies with clients in order to ensure accuracy in needs for recruiting projects, as well as facilitating the ongoing success of the placement – working with both the candidate and client.

The Account Manager regularly interacts with C-level executives of well-known brands and businesses in a variety of industries which requires the utmost professionalism in communication. Working in a team with a dedicated administrative coordinator allows each individual to own their part of the project, while still having support from one another to accomplish overlapping tasks.

Experience of a successful candidate would include high-level B2B customer service, professional communication skills, great attention to detail, highly organized to manage relationships with numerous contacts within companies across the country, and team-oriented to work alongside colleagues to attain a successful placement and ongoing client relationships.

The position offers a base salary and bonus.  The company pays 100% of the employee’s medical, as well as offering generous PTO and 401K contribution.  Initially, the role is fully in-office; however, a hybrid schedule will be considered once the Account Manager is comfortable with their responsibilities and able to work more independently from home (3 days in office/2 remote).
