We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with strong accounting/bookkeeping skills for a well-known commercial business complex in Mount Pleasant. The successful candidate will assist with general accounting procedures (AP/AR, invoicing, data entry, general ledger reconciliation, etc), as well as handle office/administrative and customer service tasks. These duties may include answering phones, filing, receiving shipments, and, although the office is closed for walk-in guests, this person will manage the front desk.
- Candidates should have experience and knowledge in aspects of general accounting and bookkeeping.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly with Excel.
Accurate data entry capability.
Knowledge of Nexus or Yardi accounting software ideal.
Friendly personality to handle in-person and over-the-phone customer service needs.
