Customer Service Representative

We are currently working with an independent company in the home improvement industry that is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a role that will require the successful candidate to work independently, with the ability to provide a positive customer service experience. The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and other staff members for most company requests.  

This person will be responsible for:
Answering all incoming calls,
Assisting customers with scheduling installations and maintenance appointments,
Providing quotes for routine service and parts orders,
Processing work orders

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

  • Previous experience in a similar service-oriented industry (home repair, construction, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, etc)

Able to multi-task in order to effectively and efficiently maintain front office operations and installer schedules
Proficient with computers including Microsoft Products
