Seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Charleston, SC.
This is a full-time, onsite Human Resources Generalist position supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting, onboarding, and training to employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, leave management, compliance, and payroll support.
This role partners closely with managers on hiring, helps drive employee engagement and training initiatives, maintains HR policies and records, and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A bachelor’s degree is required, with HR or business-related education preferred, and experience in manufacturing, SAP, or SHRM certification is a plus.
