This position will be part of the Greenville, South Carolina Support Operations (GSO) Aircraft Maintenance Team, Aircraft Mechanic will perform/assist with all launch, recovery, preflight/thru flight/Basic Post Flight inspections, ground handling, maintenance, engine runs, operational checkouts, and servicing. Perform routine troubleshooting, installation, repair and maintenance of all electro-mechanical and Pnuematic systems and components on the aircraft. Responsible for the acceptableness of all electrical, hydraulic-pneumatic, propulsion, landing gear, flight control surfaces and periodic inspections, general airframe condition, aircraft furnishings and crew escape system of the aircraft. Will be required to remove panels and associated hardware to obtain access equipment requiring repair.
The Production Flightline APG, C-130 Technician located in Greenville, South Carolina will also need to be knowledgeable in aircraft systems operation and maintenance to include:
• Landing gear
• Powerplants
• Flight controls
• Fueling/Defueling
• Aircraft movement/Launch & Recovery

Required:
- Must Have 5+ Years of recent aircraft mechanic experience (C-130 preferred but not required)
- Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift as assigned after training
- Must pass 7 year criminal background check, drug test (including cannabis), hearing test
- High school diploma or GED required
